We got to work with three yummy shades of blue this week! When I found the papers and cardstock that fit the bill I knew just what images I wanted to use. I had fun with this scene sewing around the border and painting the fence with distress crackle paint (cool stuff)..I also paper pieced the dress, arms, and nest which was a bit tricky but it worked. I added a favorite accent of tulle and that was that. Thanks for taking a look!

So much fabulous textures!!! Love the tulle, your sewing and the crackle on your awesome fence!!! The little squirrel on the left gives me a chuckle! I hope he isn't thinking of eggs for breakfast! GREAT paper piecing and that hat is amazing! For sure a Polly Original, so I LOVE it!!!

So many wonderful, creative elements to this card, Polly, I love it!! Your picket fence looks fantastic painted with crackle paint - gives it a weathered look, your paper piecing is awesome and love the pretty dp & gorgeous tulle ribbon!!
