This is my card for cc412. Karen is our hostess and this week she chose Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Basic Black. For dessert we are to make a clean and classy card in honor of Julia Aston.
For my card I chose the SU set “natures silhouettes”. I stamped it in crumb cake ink on to very vanilla cardstock.
Used a Spellbinders oval die to cut it and layered it on a Spellbinder labels 18 die cut in crumb cake.
On my card base I used the Sizzix embossing folder “scrollwork”.
My sentiment is from the SU set “blooming with kindness”.
I added some May Arts mesh ribbon and layered SU’s 5/8” very vanilla grosgrain over that.
My bow is very vanilla ¼” grosgrain ribbon with a black rhinestone center.
ThatÂ’s my card. This one is going off to my friend Julia aka artystamper. Thanks for being a part of us for the last 3 years, girlfriend.
