A card that was done for the Way to Use it Challenge (WT49). The card was done using the Watercolour Brayer technique but I think it looks more like polished stone.

I'm thinking you need to post on the challenge thread about this technique, It sounds and looks interesting to me too.

Here are the instructions that I followed. I wish I could give credit to the person who provided this but I honestly have no idea where it came from.
"Drop spots of several re-inkers onto a piece of plastic wrap. Fold the plastic wrap in half to spread ink around. Then unfold and ink your brayer by rolling it across this newly created palette of color. Then spritz with a water bottle and roll out onto your cardstock for a very pretty watercolour look."
These instructions didn't necessarily call for a silver or gold re-inker........I prefered adding it to the background as I found without it, the colour tended to be a little blah (at least when I did it).
This is really very easy - give it a try and please make sure that you share with the rest of us.
