Those are so cute. Did you get the bag template from SCS or did you buy them? Looks like you used the cut-out tag to pub on the outside mounted on red CS. Great idea. Would like to make some if you can share the info.

Thanks! I used a template...not sure if it came from SCS or elsewhere on the web. I used 8.5x11 white cardstock, cut down to 3.25x11 (I think the 3.25 is what I used). Then I scored the cardstock at 10, 6, and 4...flipped it over and scored at 5. It took me a while to figure out where to punch with the Terrific Tag punch. I folded it on the 4" score line and punched through the center. That gave me a window in the front AND on the bottom. I did use the punched out tag thing to mount on red cardstock.
After I got the hang of it, it was soooooo simple to whip them out. In my gallery I have a picture of an Easter one I made the same way, but changed the width of the cardstock to accomodate the size of the stamp I wanted to use.
I hope my directions aren't too confusing. Thanks for asking!

So cute! Thanks for posting instructions. I'm going to make up a batch of these blanks and then have the kids stamp/wheel them for my kids stamping class.
I've got some red & pink smarties and now just need to figure out how to put them in the pouch!
