I'm so happy to be back making cards after a three week break. During this time, my hubby suffered a heart attack, had open heart surgery and is now home recovering. I want to thank my friends at SCS for their loving support and prayers - you are the BEST!! :)

Today I'm posting two versions of a similar card that I've made to thank some very special people.

So glad to see my friend back in a place where she can be creative in her studio! Just got back from a lunchtime walk on this unusually mild October day and I have to tell you, Loll, your leaf on this card is way prettier than the over-the-hill dropped leaves I was seeing on my walk. Welcome back to SCS land!

Your card is so clean, classy, and beautiful, Loll! I am sorry to learn of your husband's health issues, but glad to hear he is on the road to recovery. I've been through a similar scenario with my husband's health this past month. As everyone kept telling me, be sure to take care of yourself, too!
