I started with a piece of white using nesties to cut my layers. I sponged on my colors, daffodil, apricot, pumpkin and marina. I then stamped my image using Archieval ink. I put it on top of a paper doily. On my 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 card I used Versa Mark and stamped my flourish from Baroque Motifs. Made a tag and assembled. I think believing in miracles when you have cancer is very courageous, because I am sure that disease would test everything you believe.
This is for the HYCCT challenge and we were to make a card that meant courage to us.

Sylvia, you reached for some of my favorite elements in this beautiful design. Baroque motifs is an old favorite and Serene Silhouettes is a new favorite. Love, love that sunset which is always a peaceful inspiration. Thank you for playing today and contributing to our gallery of courage.

Sistah, this is bloomin' beautiful!! Love how the card base is subdued with the versamark flourishes and then your image in those bright colors just jumps out at you - How encouraging a card for the HYCCT challenges!! HUGS!

This is a great card and it has many wonderful design elements. I was immediately drawn to the ribbon treatment on your tag...Awesome and I may try to recreate that myself...Your sponging behind that great silhouette image is really striking. Wonderful job!

Sylvia, your colors are stunning! Love the lil black bling, and most of all, love the sentiment that speaks of hope. You have a beautiful heart! LYMI
