 | | I made this card following this week's MFT sketch. I used MFT ALM- An Apple For Teacher, but I cut her apple off and put an ornament from MFT Christmas Ornaments and die set as I am working on Christmas projects for the grandchildren's teachers and thought this would make a cute card. The sentiment is from the same set. I embossed the stripes and Joy on the ornament with gold embossing powder and sponged the edge with SU Soft Suede ink for definition. I used Copics to color the image and paper pieced her top & skirt. I cut her out, mounted her on foam tape and placed her on the text background paper (MME). All other paper is from SU's Festival of Prints pad. I tied SU Cherry Cobbler baker's twine to the ornament.
