Well, this card has taken about a year to make - just a bit outside the 45 minute limit for VSN. In all fairness, the blue panel is a UFO, and has been languishing in my UFO bin for a very, very long time. I don't even remember how I made it blue, but I think it's a Tim Holtz technique of some sort.
A few weeks ago I stamped that image onto the oval, thinking it would give me a clue. Nope. Back into the UFO bin.
TODAY, I took it out for THIS challenge and spritzed it with some pearlized water to meet the challenge requirement to use a spray, then heat dried it.
Then I stamped a retired SU background in Crumb Cake onto Kraft for the base, added a seam binding and tied it into a bow, stuck down the oval with dimensionals, stamped the sentiment crooked, and called it done!
So today's effort was about 20 minutes because the oval was a UFO (UnFinished Object).
