Good timing with today's Way to Use It Challenge. As I look around my stamping room, all I see are uninspiring piles of scraps and unfinished projects. In other words... lots of "old" stuff to work with. Then I saw this AMAZING card by Reddyisco aka Jo, and I was inspired to "borrow" her clever sponging technique. The script background, negative die cuts, embossed cardstock, punched flower, vellum butterflies and tiny blue bow were all leftovers that I couldn't bear to toss, and the Flowering Flourish is the "new" aspect of my card.

I love the card that Jo did and I love this card that you did, Hilda!! It's Beautiful!! I love the way you took items that were laying around to get this beauty! I love the colors and how the flower just seems to be coming from around the circle to share it's beauty!!

OMG....this is so pretty and thanks for your kind words, Hilda. I love how you took your "uninspiring piles of scraps and unfinished projects" and made them into a work of art!! TFS!

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?

Hilda, wish my piles of uninspiring scraps would take note and stand up so beautifully! Love this!
