I really enjoyed looking through Monika's gallery! I just got some new Memory Box dies and wanted to use one, so I chose her Holly Jolly Christmas, but instead of a snowman I used a bird. The BG panel is a piece of Basic Grey Jovial DP, distressed and placed on the riding hood red card base. The rustic white strip was embossed with a Cuttlebug snowflake folder and I added an early espresso scalloped strip for accent. I had to move my sentiment up, but kept her fun banner style and added a button tied with twine. The sentiment and snowflake strip were daubered with crumb cake. Here's the link to Monika's cute card. CC351-Holly Jolly Christmas... by buzsy at Splitcoaststampers

Sue, Beautiful vintage style Christmas card. I love all the elements..... colors, distressing, layout, banner sentiment with button and esp. your new die cut bird on a nest. Your choice of DSP's was perfect for the bird and background. A real WOW.....card. TFS
