The photo is of my 6-year-old DGD at a beach in Cancun--hair braided island-style and all!
I started out planning to journal on the smaller photo, but the page just took off on its own and I wound up with this! The background photo has two paper overlays with reduced opacity. I reduced the opacity on many of the elements too.

Truly a beauty, love love the look and feel of this page. I have to day that is one big advantage with digi over traditional, the ease of making your picture part of the background paper.

And here I thought at first you typed those words all around that photo...I absolutely LOVE the look of it even it is a frame. Great job on the blending for the background too. Awesome page!
