This card is for MMTPT197 and it's on its way to help Alan and Ellen celebrate their wedding. They were married on March 9, 2012, and then were hit with some health issues. You can read their story here.
The MMTPT197 challenge requested wedding cards with a white background with red and green. I added a cake for extra cookies, and made this one based on a cake card I saw at Impressrubberstamps.com.
Paper: SU Poppy Parade (I think, since I took it from my scraps), and textured white
Stamps: Flourishes Taglines
Accessories: Ribbon, Rhinestones, Border Punch, Corner Punch, Corner Rounder Punch, Circle Punch

ooh, ooh, oooh! Yummy cake you baked! Tee hee! This is so awesome! It is a real eye catcher in the gallery! The embossing in the background is the perfect frosting swirls! Whenever I frost a cake, I try to get it to look like that but baking one cake every 42,000 years doesn't provide enough frosting! Ellen and Alan will be thrilled with this amazing wonderful cake! Extra cookies for you! Let's see, where are those cookies?

This is soooo pretty Lorie! The punched border on the wedding cake is a fabulous idea, I love how you made the layers Your textured BG is fabulous, especially with that corner detail. Thanks so much for playing...big Hugz!
