The Tuesday Teapot challenge is to include something to do with a tattoo. When I was younger, much younger, I thought I might like a rose on a certain area of my upper body. Sure glad I didn't as it would be long stem by now! I think a small flower or butterfly on my ankle would be much better so that is what I used on my card. I crimped the card stock before cutting with a die.

darling....and I hear ya about the elongated rose....heehee...that is exactly what happened and when I had a lump removed, the dr. removed that tattoo also...heeehee...I think a dainty butterfly on the ankle is a much better plan....lovely card...love the crimping

Marilynn, this is so pretty.. I love the crimped flowers and pretty colours you used... I do have a tattoo... I have a wolf head tattooed on my right shoulder... So hopefully it will keep it shape... One of my friends is a Nurse and she had a lady patient that had an Eagle tattooed on her chest... well over time the Eagles wings were hanging real low
Hugs..Pat

Bwahaha! Know what you mean about long stems! Snort! And Marilynn....your crimped the flowers.....are you saying your ankles are sagging as well? Snort! Just joshing...I think ankles are the one spot that don't droop! Snort!
I love your happy little butterfly card to tickle a teapotter! If I were a butterfly I would wanna be polka dotted just like yours!

I have always wanted a butterfly tattooed on my left ankle but alas, it is the leg that has had 5 breaks including 2 with repairs using surgeries, pins & plates. There is so much scarring & a tattoo would only highlight that. Lovely card. Great crimped flowers & pretty dotted ribbon & papers.

What a pretty card and pretty tat this spray of flowers would make! I laugh at your description of the rose tat and how it would be a long stemmed rose now! LOL I agree the ankle would be a much better place!

Your story is toooooo funny! My late DH's aunt had a friend that had that done. She was so funny talking about her rose bud that turned in to a long stemmed rose!
