Scallops! Always a fun way to enhance a card, either with scissors, die cuts, border punches or stamps. Here's mine for this week's CAS165 challenge. The 2 top layers are vellum. The whale is a free digi from Bird's Blog (link below) and the starfish is a metal charm. I used chalk on the whale and then covered it with Dimensional Magic to give it a 'wet' look. The eye is a tiny Googley Eye and I drew the water spout with a silver gel pen. The sentiment is computer generated.
