Fun challenge Jeanne. I had made this panel of a bunch of faux buttons sometime ago. Today I finally got to put it into a card.
This was also inspired by this card of the new QFTD, Korin aka sweetnsassystamps. She has a fabulous gallery. Please do yourself a favor and check it out!....now my card...
Like I mentioned above, I had made this panel of faux buttons awhile back. I used a circle template and just started drawing circles. Coloring was done with Bic Markers.
Today, I changed Korins spread out dots, into my grouped buttons. I did use a new to me corner punch and some homemade dew drops. Add the twine which lucky for me just came in the mail today. Yeah!
Well that pretty much wraps is up. BUT first, let me share what I came across on the internet....the dew drops. Did you know you can buy a big bag of these clear beads that look just like a dew drop that isn't colored? I bought mine at Michaels for 5.99. Coloring can be done with either alchohol inks or copic markers. Easy peasy and so much cheaper!
Have a great weekend ALL!.....TFL :0)

What a fun card with all those colorful and cheerful faux buttons. I love it. I really like those corners, too. That mailman/woman knew just when to arrive when that fun twine, didn't he/she?

Cathy, if you started a business selling digi's you'd have a lot of us as customers...I think your pile of colorful buttons is fabulous....they just pop against the black and white and the twine and dew drops are perfect embellishments!
