I am going to a bridal shower in just a bit and made this card for the bride. It is also to honor our new QFTD Pat!
I used this card from Pat's gallery as my inspiration. I changed the color scheme and the sentiment and ribbons, but the feel is still the same, I think. Congratulations Pat on your reign.
The patterned paper is actually wrapping paper I used for the gift. They had to coordinate, right? That is mounted onto the black and then onto the white card front. I stitched around the edges of the large panel, as Pat did on her card. The sentiment panel is punched on the end before adhering to the card. I also stamped one little flourish on it in black to help coordinate with the paper. I then added the beautifully edged white ribbon and then a bow of black organdy ribbon.
Thanks for looking!

Oh my! Coordination, and everything! What a wonderful way to bless your bride-to-be and honor Pat at the same time. I love your colors and swirls, and the stitched frame. Gorgeous!
