A Valentine with a Twist: no red or pinks (or even hearts) for clarhan's WT361 challenge today. It was refreshing to think about a "love" card in a whole new way. The endless dots felt like they reinforced the "forever" in the "love you forever" sentiment.
This also addresses a second challenge for today: Papertrey Ink's 5th anniversary challenge. The assignment was be inspired by a Pinterest favorite of one of their designers. My inspiration was a photo that Jessica Witty pinned. It showed several rows of rounded containers filled with blue and green glitter. I loved the color scheme and the "lines" of circular shapes.
This was made with all white cardstock; the blue-green rectangular mat and strip of paper were created by swiping the cardstock with a variety of blue and green inks. The stamped elements were also dabbed by the same group of inks.
Thanks for looking!
