When it's 7 degrees below zero and snowing outside and you are stuck in a hotel room, what do you do? Sewing?? Yes, I did. I had some card making supplies along AND a needle and thread as I was making yoyos in the car on the way to the hotel. So this is my "sewing" card for WT358.
BG is Marcos Paper with Old French Writing stamped on it. Then I added scraps - Tim Holtz, Unknown and the stripes are from a shopping bag. I stamped the rose on the stripes, then poked holes and sewed it and the dots. The Tim Holtz Bingo dp is glue on. Had my camera so I got the picture and now I'm home so I can even upload. tfl

Cool card! Like the tiny Bingo card and awesome stamped kraft bkgrd. Glad you're home safe. We got 8" and is quiet on the front ... til next wk. Bet you had a ton a snow at your house when you got home!

Hmm, I've always been wary of sewing in the car, in case of an accident. Sounds like a good way to pass time in a hotel room, though. I really like the way you've stamped the text to frame those lovely red polka dots.
