Great sketch! Also combined with Toy's Frosted Window tutorial, Resources section.
I did mine a tad different..stamped the cardstock with Victorian Velvet and Walnut Stain, the vellum with Mushroom and colored with a light Copic, adding some white gel pen
HB is stamped with Espresso on the vellum
The frame is white cs that I DTP'd with Mushroom ink

I've never heard of this technique...I learn so much on this site! This is lovely..has a vintage feel to it. Your pearl trim, the white pearl like highlights and distressed roses are beautiful with your frosted window.
