IC311 ... Bliss

For Inspiration Challenge IC311 Singing Cat Studio. I was inspired by this Artisan Crafted Flower Brooch.

I started by rubbing blue and green inks on some vellum and then turned it over and stamped my sentiment in black. Framed it with a Spellbinders oval and then added a black beaded flourish and two small paper flowers. Rounded the corners of the water colour paper and popped it up on the card base.
