Stef thanks again for a wonderful IC site. I just bought this eb plate with owls on it, so it worked perfectly for the IC I chose. I once again was inspired by two things. This one and this one which was one of the ones Stef listed......details...
Since this card required drying time, I was able to get the house cleaned. YAY!!!! First I dry eb my owls and the umbrella, laid the stencil over top of the eb part and colored with copics. Decided to add the lines around so you could see the images better. Painted over them with liquitex gloss varnish. Let dry.
Made a mask, stamped the silly scape buildings coloring in a few of the windows.
Removed the mask but only from the umbrella, then using another eb plate of rain drops, taped it down on top and added the translucent paste. Removed it and let dry. Once dry, added more rain to the other side of the card. (the stencil wasn't big enough to do this in one take. Dang!)
After it dried, I sponged on the storm clouds with the Rosie Roadshow cloud stencil and denim ink. Put this on a gold card. Done.
Well, hope you like my rainy scene. I am off to DD's to take over some dessert. You see my DH thinks if I make a dessert he has to eat it all. So I give half to my DD. Works for me. hehe.....TFL :0)

I love the two images that inspired this! And I love how you combined them! Also, how do you make the links in your description? I tried and they didn't work in mine. TFS
