I got me latest copy of Paper Crafts Magazine and I was inspired by a card done by Susan R Opel. I didn't have speckled CS so I speckled mine by squeezing the lid on the ink pad and then adding a drop of water. Touched a painter's brush to that puddle of ink and spattered it across a vanilla piece of CS. An a smaller strip of CS I stamped my branch image and the left and then using the smack technique, stamped the image on the right. Stamped the sentiment, cut it out with an oval punch and mounted it with pop dots. Happened to find a strip of edging I had cut off from another project so added it to this simple simple card!

It's nice to find edging and such from prior projects that work on the project at hand, isn't it! It sure worked out here! I like this CAS design! Great card!

Sista, splattered into perfection! I love how you try new things- and they always turn out so splendidly! I really like that branch stamp, and the border trim. Another beauty my friend! Hugs....
