VSN Banner birthday!

For the Grand Entry challenge to use banners. I'm thinking I should add 2 white dots on either end of the banner, now that I'm lookng at it...I was under the wire to get it finished on time, as I messing around with trying to put a cupcake instead of the hat that looks better.
