For lack of a better term, I've been calling this the "crumpled vellum" technique for a card. A sideline showed this to me at our last gathering. Self-explainatory - crumple vellum, then DTP with your classic ink and let it dry. If you use a heat gun to speed up dry time, remember, smoke is bad. ;-) It's so fast and easy but gives a fun look, especially with multiple colors.
