This PTI stamp set, Fly Away, is one of my all time favorites! The new coordinating die sold out so fast, that I wasn't lucky enough to get it before it was gone. It's on the way, hooray! The SU "reaching for the sky" [what I call it] stamp is adorable and I have used it a lot. It's tedious to cut out but it's so darn cute, it makes the cutting worth it! I water-colored her with SU ink. The butterflies are cut from the Siz SU embosslits, Beautiful Wings. (Glad I have a QK Quickstik to pick up and place those tiny ones!) Stickles added. My fav sky w/clouds paper is this one, but I can't remember the maker. The grassy hill is torn cardstock distressed with ink pad-to-paper (I think that's what it's called?) SU ink. The little flowers are from the SU three-flower punch (retired), likewise the eyelets are SU. I added the stems and leaves ... I press the marker on the side to get those little leaves. I have made many of these cheerful cards; A2s and 3x3s.

It's only taken me nearly a year to identify that little mouse - I fell in love with him - and the card - when I first saw this and every now and again when I've had spare time I've pulled it up from my bookmarks and tried to find out what set he was from. Now I've finally got it - so I've popped it over into the right gallery .
