This card was my shoebox swap at the 4th Annual Springfest in Buffalo, a Splitcoast event.
Although there were a few no-shows at the daytime event, there was not quite enough leftovers to cover everyone at the jammie stamping at the Comfort Inn that evening. So, to those who missed out and are still interested I promised to post the card. Here, too, are the measurements:
1. Basic A2 card in Early Espresso
2. Peach Parfait layer cut to 5-1/4 by 4, then passed through the Big Shot using the Elegant Lines embossing folder. The raised parts of the embossed images were then rubbed over with the same colour of ink on a makeup sponge.
3. Old Olive layer cut at 2-1/8 by 5-1/2
4. Whisper White layer cut at 1-7/8 by 5-1/2, then coloured by swiping inked-up makeup sponges over the surface: Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Peach Parfait and Marina Mist. Then the stamped image was added in Early Espresso.
5. Daffodil Delight stamped with sentiment, then punched with Large Oval punch and distressed in Peach Parfait
6. Two Early Espresso ovals punched with the same Large Oval punch and matted behind with glue dots.
