What a great sketch Rox! This just kind of fell together....details...
Awhile back, I saw this design in the newspaper and thought "hmm now this would make great dp". So I set it aside. Today, it made great dp! I glued it to my cs, sponged the edges and added stardust clear sparklie stuff to the circles. Put this on a black AC card. Panel one done.
Panel two is white cs that I sponged the edges with poppy parade then sponged the inside up to the edge with sunset orange. Glued it onto panel 1.
Panel three, I used a new bg stamp that I got at the Rubber-stamp convention this weekend. Since I bought it un-mounted I thought I would have to buy some of that spongy backing. BUT dear old Sis gave me the hint of just putting Aleene's tack it over and over on the back of the stamp and them make sure you use a rubber pad when you stamp it. I must say, it worked like a charm. Sure saved me some money! hehe Clear eb it.
Panel four is just plain dp. I bought this Colorful Life Stack dp by Donna Estabrook. It had so many pretty pages some with images and glitter. So I cut out one to make panel four going a tad outside the box. Added pop ups on the extended parts and a new jewel brad to the top corner.
Panel five, punched out four different size circles, sponging each a different color and adding clear stardust to the edges. Glued them altogether and added a brad. Popped this up on my sketch. Done.
I didn't listen to the weather report before I left for work, so I had shorts on. Nothing wrong with that other than the rain they were predicting followed me around ALL day long. I did have a rain coat, but it probably looks pretty silly with my legs hanging out! hehe Oh well.........TFL :0)

Wow! This looks like abstract art! I especially like those concentric, asymmetric circles! Totally fits with the overall look of the bg. Your card is very unique!

wow this is AWESOME. Looks like an Art Gallery painting. Love the different layers and how you came up with them. I would have 4 different piles and NEVER come up with this combination. I am so glad you tried my suggestion on the stamp. Older sister can be good for something sometimes!! This is sooooooo beautiful. tfs.
hugs,

Very modern, very artistic!! I would love to see this in a gallery; it certainly deserves to be in my opinion. I love the bright red flowers and the black and white panel behind it. Awesome!!

shake and bake, baby! This is so .. ah let's see .. artistic. Yes, that's it. It's artistic. actually, best friend forever and ever, a much larger version of this exact card would love smashing in my family room! I'm not a contemparary person in any way, but my art has always been contemporary abstract. This would fit beautifully if you were to make it into a 4' x 6'. Not too worry about framing it; I can handle that. It would be the least I could do. Joke for the day: I just favorited this. I know, I know, I know.

Kind of like cubism meets primitive...Picasso and Laurel Burch all in one piece of art...just amazing. Love your vivid colors, the papers and design. Really cool card.
