I couldnt resist crafting another card in your honor, Karen. For this one, my point of reference was your gorgeous card found HERE.
As usual, I've managed to take one of your beautiful works and ...how do I put this ... cheat.
I never start out with that in mind, but anything I make always takes on a life of its own.
I hope you have a wonderful time as our newest Queen, Karen. Although I've never worn the crown myself, I understand it can be rather heavy. I just ask you to do the best you can.
Have a wonderful fun-filled week enjoying what we've all come together to craft in your honor.
Thanks to Christine, aka Whim6915, for the Tsukineko gold brilliance pot I used for the sponging.

What an absolutely beautiful card for a Queen. Anne, you did good. I love the simplicity of your design and the sentiment is a perfect match. You go girl.

This is one remarkable card, with a clean and simple look, that has a LOT OF CLASS. I find it amazing that you can make this sentiment take the center stage and command full attention with the aid of only a little sponging and a bow treatment - fantastic, Anne, and certainly a tribute to Karen!!
