Christiane, I am embarrassed, ashamed and bewildered as to how I could have let so much time pass without acknowledging your beautiful CRAK.
No, I have not been to London's Victoria and Albert Museum. Although I have been to the queen's museum, Kensington gardens and other historical places, I never visited this museum.
Everyone, the linen papers are reproductions of museum quilts dating back to the 1700's. Each sheet is just wonderful and the accompanying images were inspired by behangings and coverlets.
The punch is the buttercup design taken from some of the quilts.
How beautiful, Christiane! All these beautiful elements are sure to help with making a great card that speaks to world history. I really love everything!
Thank you so much. Although we our paths rarely cross on SCS because of work and other responsibilities, you are still in my thoughts and heart.
Thank again for such a lovely gift. Hugs to Baxter and Vivaldi!
