Wow, it feels really great to be able to resume the QFTD challenges. Major thanks to Bev Barton and Peggy Elms for their support.
I am especially honored to be able to case someone I met within my first few weeks of being an SCS member. She was generous with her kindness, motivation and encouragment. Susan, aka One4Joy, I couldnt be happier to announce to the world that you have been chosen the 46th SCS Queen For the Day! Congrats my friend.
I have cherished your friendship from day one. There is a very special sweetness that surrounds you. We've shared our childrens' stories, our faith and parts of our lives. For that, I am most grateful. Not only that, but Susan and I share aan intense love of chairs ~ we have chairs everywhere.
I know Susan wouldn't say this out loud, but she chides me for my mega ribbon. I cant imagine why ... just kidding ... but in her honor today, I decided to use the smallest I have. Susan, your art work is beyond what I could case, but I did find something that speaks to our mutual love/interest with this masterfully created CARD here.
I sincerely hope you enjoy what you will soon see in the gallery as we come together to honor you. Have fun and know that I am wonderfully happy we could finally acknowledge your art and all that you bring into our lives and SCS galleries.
This also qualifies for Wendy's almost monochromatic, F4A50. I love monochromatic, so I was excited to see your fun challenge posted.

Well, well my sweet Annie Jo! This chair looks fit for a Queen! And one with a gallery of such fun and joyful creations that I shall be most content to pass on the crown without fuss! Your card is exquisite. So well done that it's hard to tell you're another year older! Even with the 'teensy' ribbon, it exudes your style and elegance. Hugs - good to see you 'back at the helm'. You were well represented in your absence.
