Today we're celebrating the birthday and recent retirment of TPT teapotter Bertie. She's famous for flinging M&M's and other things at our teaparties.
I couldn't decide which M&M's to buy so I bought one of each flavor and of course had to try them all. It's impossible to sample just a few, so there went my New Year's resolution. Besides I need those extra calories to keep warm in these subzero Michigan temperatures. It sure was fun making this card while flying high on all that sugar.
I had Mr. Green bake Bertie a special cake filled with all those extra M&M's and melted green (my favorite) M&M's for frosting. Looks like he sampled a few too many M&M's himself while making the cake.
Hope you had a wonderful birthday, Charlene and thoroughly enjoy being retired.

Fantastic card Sue! Love Mr. Green with his expressive eyes and eyebrows! The M & M balloons sure make for a party atmosphere, and it looks to me like there's been some partying goin' on with all that green frosting flung about!
Stay warm... sure wish I had bought some extra M & M's to help get thru this cold spell. I really don't want to bundle up and go to the store.
