Encouragement card for a sweet gal in Texas. The TSC challenge this week is to use something from a store bought card to embellish our hand made cards. I used the photo of a chapel from a Christmas card I rec'd this year, sponged the edges and popped it up on foam tape.
This is also a card to honor Pamzi (Pam124), also known as "Faith" to me, as she bears a striking resemblance to Faith Hill, really, she does.... Congrats to this Queen of the Day! I was so tickled to see your name, and chose Time For Tea to celebrate your day! (I am certain you served Fruitcake with this tea, yes Faith?)
I love the new images from Our Daily Bread Designs, and have stamped my main image on canvas (Canvas Corp, available at HL) using Choc Chip ink. The swirls in the bg are from Impress, and are stamped in Close to Cocoa. I stitched the edges to replicate Pam's paper piercing, and added lace to the edges as well.
Pamzi, Cowgirl- enjoy your week! Yee-haw!!!! (and hugs....)
Thanks for looking!

This should really make this person feel much better...what a beautiful card that you have created. Reminds me of the song, "Little Brown Church in the Vail"...... Love the edging with the pearls in each corner... Outstanding....

What gorgeous details you've added to this lovely card! The stitching is so unique and pretty, and it reminds me of tiny bird imprints in the snow. I know, I have a vivid imagination don't I? LOL Seriously, this is just stunning!!

Divine! What can I say, you had me at "Shut the door". Bwwwwwaaaaah...I am back to straighten out the gallery, you and other ladies have got some kind of ball rolling in there.
Always amazing creations my dear, I know God is looking right upon you and that little family of yours. Baby Jon, how cute is he now...I missed you sissy, gee, that soft little giggly voice on the "pone" too. I just know Pam will love this...I meant Faith. I heard they were twins and Pam took a wrong turn and finished her career as a cardmaker. Ah, but her sister doesn't get to be Queen right! LOL
