Judi Rose (jovialjudi) is this week's QFTD. Her gallery is full of cards using techniques way over my head, and they are soooo gorgeous. In my case, they are there for the oooohing and ahhhhhing and not the CASEing. But I tried. I chose Birthday to Ewe and turned it into a Valentine.
I also made this card with the F4A47 – Texturize Me! challenge in mind requiring the use of at least two different embossing folders. The rose colored panel is from the scrap bin and the white one is new since I never used that EF before.
Congratulations, Judi. You are one fabulous artist.

Well done with the challenges Lorie. I looooooooove the heart image, the swirlys are gorgeous. The ribbon is the most elegant of addition my dear. TFS and for honouring Judi, she is well loved and she returns it well. xo
Read any good book lately... I am currently reading "never let me go" from Kazuo Ishiguro, the author who wrote The remains of the Day. It's interesting, but I haven't gone "WOW" yet...stay tuned. he, he!

My favorite color combo and with that heart image, you are all set for Valentine's day for sure! The 2 different EF you used are very well coordinated . Love the way you presented the sentiment and that black ribbon is the BOMB that sets it all off! Great card!
