This was my first Altoid Tin. I made 10 of them for Christmas gifts. I printed the pics at W*l Mart, I love the antique finish! I did an accordian fold on the inside instead of piecing together with ribbon.

This is really cute - I just went back to work after having two little ones and everyone is asking to see pictures. This would be a great idea to showcase my little cuties. Great idea!
I love your style. Could you explain to me how you did the accordian fold and did the rounded corners. How did you do it? You could email me at [email protected] Thank YOU
To make my accordian book for the altoid tins I cut a piece of cardstock 10 inches long by 3.5 inches high. You score the 10 inch side every 2 inches and fold like an accordian. To round the edges I just held the corners together at the fold and used a corner rounder (so it was punching 2 corners at once.) It was kind of rough on the finger to punch through 2 layers, but at least it was the thinner ultrasmooth cardstock. Then I just used background paper, buttons, etc to decorate. Hope this helps!
