I can't help but think that this was some poor apprentice decal-applier's first teapot! I chuckle everytime I see it! Haven't we all put something upside down on a card......the whole time thinking we were doing a great job! : 0

Or remember how or grade school teachers would mention that everyone is China is on the other side of the globe and therefore *upside down* relative to this continent and it is after all a *china* teapot...

I'm waiting to see who comes to the party with an upside-down bird. I can't believe that they did this on purpose but I did investigate and it's an on-purpose mistake. My, my, what's next!
