No white daisies on the farm, so we picked yellow daisies-guess that means the back door for us!! Hope someone remembers the watering cans, with all these flowers around..
Actually, these daisies are cut out (with my exacto knife-kind of fiddly!) from a scan that I did from an old 1857 Botanical Book. I added a bit more color to the petals with my WC pencils. Then I stamped the windmill from the CHF Homestead set on some yellow Costco DP, and glued the flower on it. TFL

What a wonderful idea to copy and cut your daisies. I love the color and the card behind them. Really nice.

That is detailed cutting - but like you I like to use a blade. They look great in the farm setting, and it's a great rustic looking colour combination to suit the feel.

Hey, way to bring a daisy or two! I love this.....farm daisies, city daisies, daisies from outer space.....a daisy is awesome no matter where its from! This card is very cool and the daisies in the fore-ground are just perfect with the windmill in the back-ground....very nicely done!
Lucky for us you have a Botanical Book! What a great idear!!!! This card rocks!

Everybody does such a wonderful job using those knives. I tend to make the job look like I am a serial killer of cards - I've tried - it never works! Anyway, love this card - it's just lovely - and the DP is wonderful!
