Well, I put a lot of goodies in this one - most are SU things. This card is for my mom's birthday, so I used a sunflower as they seem to be out about now. As I was looking back, I see I used the same stamp last year, but the card looks a lot different.
First I stamped my image in black, photographed it, and then changed it to sepia. I guess I could have possibly just stamped it in soft suede. The bg panel is stamped with elements of style, and then embossed with the wall paper folder. I also wanted to use the Elizabeth stamp so I stamped that on mustard, and then layered some ovals on top. I did some distressing, added some lace, and an antique brad.
I sure hope my mom likes it. It was fun to make!
Thanks for looking!!

I have that stamp. Kind of a hard one for me to use. You did just a super job with it. This is totally lovely. Your mom will cherish this for ever. Wow job. TFS :0)

Certainly an impressive creation. You put a lot of time and thought into this. I love the different textures-especially the embossed elements of style layer. Great brad and a huge fan of the lace. She should be pleased!
