I always choose papers and arrange them in some fashion this time using Nestibilities scalloped circles and plain circles and a border punch strip that I had in my stash and I couldn't find that punch for anything. I wanted to use it for the inside. Had to use something different, oh well maybe no one will notice. Also, I Cuttlebugged the solid red background paper. I knew that the Mudder said bright so I figured red is bright! I stamped my PSX rose in VersaMark ink and painted it with markers, Prismas and OMS, then glazed it with Judikins Diamond Glaze. Cut it out and popped it on my circle. Those corners are from Cuttlebug. I used some little white flowers with rhinestone centers that I got at Hobby Lobby and a little white bow. Decorated the envelope and VOILA!!
