Ooooh Peggy-Sue, I'm so excited for you. You were meant for royalty and always keep a safe haven in your CASTLE in the event Anne Ryan's "people" come after us!! Wear your crown proud!! You are so deserving to join the royalty ranks. You leave such wonderful and encouraging comments and are so generous to us!!
I changed the color combo, b/g dp, border trim and some other details.
I used the SU Because I Care - hydrangea image. I paper pieced the image using some Blushing Bride dsp. I stamped one on the image panel and cut another one out to dimensionally layer on top of the other. I added white gel pen dots to the inside of the blooms and around the edges of the flowers using dazzling diamonds.
I tried a ribbon ruffle technique which I still struggle with. I added a black flower and placed a pearl inside the image. I used the SU button embosslit on the side of the image and topped them with pearls. All the pearls I received in a RAK from none other than our Queen herself - Peggy-Sue!
I used the SU scallop trim punch for the side panel and embossed it with SU lattice square ef for some added texture.
I think that about does it. It was so much fun going through Peggy-Sue's gallery and caseing one of her many beautiful cards.
Thanks SO MUCH for taking a look and have a great weekend!

Ooh, a PEARL delight and all from Queen Peggy-Sue! What a beauty you've made. I love the gel dots in your flowers, a splendid touch. Your ruffled ribbon is gorgeous and I'm sure Peggy-Sue is very pleased with this card to honor her...as she hides in the castle. LOL

What's this all about ... Faith Hill? Have you all of a sudden assumed a new identity? Actually, it sounds a litte more like stealing someone's identity? What have you gone and gotten yourself into now, Fruitcake? Too much time on your hands? Well, dont go crazy, the real DH returns in November, so if I were you, I'd take it easy with all these new identities you've somehow purchased ... or worse. YOu know what I'm talkin' about here. Moving on, I have to tell you this is a fabulous card. Your ribbon is really neat, too ~ despite what you think. I love the pearls and punched border. Mighty fine tribute to our good buddy, Peggy-Sue! It's really great.
