I made this for todays free 4 all challenge. Funny thing, I wanted to make a Christmas card today, and winter was part of the theme.
So, this is how I made my card:
Certain Celery base
SU Christmas dsp from last year, cut same size as card.
then distressed the edges using the cutter kit. Then I used my sponge and sponged some creamy caramel on it to age it.
Then I crinkled the page up to age it more.
Then I used another piece of dsp from the same set.
Cut it @ 2inches
then layed it across diaganol and on the back measured where I needed to cut. I cut with scissors.
I grabbed another piece of dsp from same package.
Cut it @ 1-1/4 inches, measured same way on back and cut it.
The main image is a combination of colors, hunter, artichoke and olive all stamped on each other. I wanted to really give the image some depth.
Then I grabbed my versamark and dazz diamonds. I took the snowflakes from serene snowflake and stamped them in versamark along the top of the image, then used dazz diamonds over it, and heated it to set.
I also added versamarke directly to the bottom of the image and put dazz diamonds on it for my snow.
I then distressed my edges with the cutter kit and adhered it to the card.
