A gigantic congratulations to Francie G. for being selected Queen for the Day! Fran, you know I've been a huge fan of your beautiful work. Your coloring and scenery are just amazing. I knew I could not do justice to any of your beautiful scenery, so I took the coward's way out and cased this card:
And, to make matters worse, I didn't even stamp my flower. I used another one of my "gigantic" flowers for the centerpiece. I used a different ef, made 4 square panels and added a sentiment. The rest is pretty close to yours Francie. Sorry I wasn't brave this time, but at least I got to be a part of your special day!!
This also qualifies for the StampinB Challenge to make a birthday card!!
Thanks SO MUCH for taking a look and have a wonderful weekend!

Pamzi!!! So good to "see" you! Just popped in for a minute to see what I've been missing and I find a Pamzi original to gaze upon. Lucky me. And, my dearest, this is not a card made by a coward. It is beautiful, as is your inspiration. Love the way you split the bg layer into panels - and you did manage to dust off a couple of punches for this so I call it a "hands in the air" winner (normally I'd say hands-down but I know you're raisin' yer punchez high GF so hands in the air it is)! So glad I found this little gem. I'm so far behind with my QFTD cards that pretty soon I won't be allowed near the castle! Enjoy your weekend my "Original Punch Pal". Hugs. RYPH! J

So now you're calling yourself a coward? What happened to fruitcake? I'm really confused now. I love your 4 panels; each cut to such perfection. Red and white and black and white cards are always gorgeous. Their colors alone suggest elegance. That's what I think of while looking at your card.
It's really very pretty. Love the back punched layer. It's all good. No, actually it's more than that: it's downright gorgeous.

What a splendid card and a near perfect case. I love that big Prima and your wonderful embossing folder. Yours squares look super and the rose red is yummy. I am surprised that Anne didn't get very scared when she saw you did a case of Francie's lovely Christmas card. I thought she would have something to say about the 42,000 she said you made last year. LOL
Love that Fleur di Lis die cut. Yummy!

Look at that!! That AR has something really nice to say about your lovely Christmas card!!! Hmmmm!!!! It's a long story -but I've heard throught the SCS grapevine that Benzi is * having a baby* but since Benzi is too old, Annie girl is the surrogate mom for Benzi!! Yes, you heard it here!!! Perhaps the hormones surging through Anne account for her glowing review of your card!!!
Your card truly is gorgeous Cowardly Fruitcake!! - so is your tummy wiggling like a bowl full of jello - like Santa's?? Pardon me, but it is late. ;) ;)

Oh Pamzi this is a WOWZER. I love your pendant and embossing, but what really make this card is how much softness and flirty texture this gorgeous flower adds to the card. What a beauty.

So, so pretty, Pamzi!! Those are wonderful colors, and look at all the detail you managed to pack in--the embossed background adds so much. A wonderful tribute card

....Pam....I love the die cuts between the flower and the embossing....as with all your cards it's always the extra little details that make them special. The original is really pretty too.

...sure its got a catchy beat, but can you stamp to it?
