....and the winner is none other than ....oops almost forgot the drum doll from Melody Gal's mom.
When that girl starting playing those drums, it's all over for me. One of my favorite instruments are drums, and I get so lost in her drum roll. Okay, enough of that, let's get down to business. Without further ado, let's all give a resounding applause our 19th Queen For The Day, MariLynn!
Yes, Marilynn, it's you! Congrats. C'mon down girl and let Bobby Barker place that beautiful red velvet cape around your deserving shoulders.
Now that the applause has somewhat settled down, we invite you, MariLynn, to accept our diamond studded crown to wear upon your head as this week's QFTD!
Admittedly, I struggled when going through your gallery. While still on page 1, I coud see your love of butterflys is incredible. Although I do have butterfly images, I cant seem to figure what to do with them the way you do. Your gallery is a soothing journey down nature's path. Thanks so much for bringing such great creations to all us.
With artistic license, I did select your case of Cathleen's moncromatic creation HERE. I've changed the size, omitted the butterfly and replaced it with an asian something or other.
I had fun in your gallery. I can see I've missed so many of your creations because I'm not quite as involved in SCS as I once was.
THANKS Whim6915, aka Christine, for the zen image. I've been hording these for more than a year and decided they are way too beautiful to horde. You'll be seeing the rest of the ornaments in the coming days.
Everyone, please join us in acknowledging MariLynn's major contribution to our gallery and our cards with her lovely comments.
CONGRATIONS, MariLynn!
This also works for the F4A22 challenge today.

This is gorgeous, Anne. I love the way you used the all white and textures. I didn't realize that you are a hoarder! I can come to your house and help you relieve your craft treasures - you know, an intervention type thingy! I am always willing to sacrifice for my friends.

You always find that special person so deserving........you have been spot on except once!!! I will be making a card for MariLynn quickly since I am leaving at 5:30 am for Kansas City with Builders for Christ. I won't be around a computer....I can fee the withdrawals starting already.
