Slip on over to the MMSC http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ and check out the latest sketch that our wonderful Priscilla has created for us. Our sponsor this week is http://www.doodlepalace.com/. I selected papers from my stash and arranged them like the sketch for MMSC61. I stamped a couple of roses (unknown) and colored them with markers and cut them out and glazed them with Judikins Diamond Glaze and layered them with pop dots. I Cuttlebugged the smaller of the scalloped ovals from Nestibilities. I cut out a couple of Martha Stewart border punches and then added a Pima flower to the corner. I added some pearl dew drops and VOILA!! (No stickles or glitter????, I can't even believe I made this......)

Oh, I see you didnt waste anytime with this week's sketch! This is really lovely. I struggled with what to do on the side of the oval. Guess that wasnt an issue for you, but that's why you're on the DT, right? Beautiful colors and really highlighted with your punching. Another great card from Phyllis' studio for sure.

Phyllis this has got to be the most awesome rose I have yet to see. It looks like a really good photograph up close of a rose. Love your embossing and punches. What a beautiful card for sure. I need to do a rose card pretty soon....I am hoping I can make mine look as good as yours!!! Thanks so much for the inspiration!!!

Well Phyllis you have created such a pretty card this week. Along with the image, my favorite part is the way you used the layout and those really cool pearls. Thank you for bringing your talent once again to the Midnight Madness sketches.

Hello Phyllis - this is just lovely - that rose looks like it is perfumed - I want to smell it, the deep velvet red look is divine! Your scalloped ovals are perfect and the pearl yummy! What a fabulous take on the sketch - we can always count on you for inspiration! Thanks for sharing! {{{hugs}}}

Phyllis, excuse me while I pick myself off the floor - NO STICKLES or GLITTER??? Does that mean you will change your user name to SparkleNone or PlentyNonSparkle or SparkleIsNotMe???? I could go on and on . . . You are lucky I'm tired or I would have done much better on the names. You know, even without all the sparkle, your rose is so OUTSTANDING and it pops off that wonderfull embossed nestie perfectly. Your choice of dp, colors, punches and embossing make this a real winner Ms. FormerSparklePlenty!! Hugs . . . pam
