Fly on over to the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge MMSC
and check out the lovely sketch that Miss Priscilla has provided for us this week. These lovely birds are from Priscilla's Digi Shop I printed and cut them out. Then I glazed them with Judikins Diamond Glaze. I put some diamond Stickles on them and pop dotted them to a Cuttlebugged square. I used a Martha Stewart border punch, Prima flowers, dew drops, ribbon and miscellaneous papers from my stash. The black and white check is actually from a roll of contact shelf paper that I purchased over 10 years ago to use for backgrounds.

WOW Phyllis, I just saw your other cards with these lovely birds on and I'm not sure which one I love the most! They are all so pretty! I do love the sparkle and shine on this one though and all the dry embossing you've done. The edging and dewdrops add some extra little details that complete this look just perfectly!
Beautiful work this week.
Hugs,
Charlotte

sweet girl, I'm thinking the email must not have worked for you. Just call me. It will only takes 2 minutes to walk through this process. I cant believe you've hung on to contact paper for 10 years! Well arent you amazing! I love those blk/white checks and all the wonderful color splashes and those birds....wow! I didnt know you could use stickles when you use diamond glaze. Your card is wonderfully magnificent.

Phyllis there is nothing like looking at a beautifully layered card such as this. I enjoy your punches and ribbons, flowers, and glitter. What a fabulous job you did with the birds. I think they are awesome. I am off to see those other two cards you did with the birds. I got a quick peak while hooking up the links this morning....but no time to comment. Beautiful job here with this one!!!

Contact shelf paper Phyllis? Aren't you the thrifty one this week!! What a clever idea and it looks great. And this, the 3rd version of your showcasing of Priscilla's digi image. All 3 are OUTSTANDING. Every detail is put together so perfectly Phyllis! A truly incredible card!! TFS!

Phyllis your card is simply divine this week. I really love those birds no matter how they are used but the bit of sparkle you have given them just really sets them off. Blessings, Tracy--MMDT

Well Phyllis what can I say..Just when I thought your flower cards were my favorite..You go and pull this on me lol Now I may have to rethink that and say your flower and cards are now tied..lol Love how you used the birds on this card and your color combo are exceptional.. Sorry it took me awhile to stop in at your blog. Thank you for always making such awesome cards. I always look forward to seeing what will be created week after week. From my family to yours I would like to wish you a great 4th of July.
