Congratulations to our new Queen, Kittie747. What an awesome gallery. I spent ages looking at Kittie's beautiful cards, oohing and ahhing and thinking, "I couldn't make that in a million years!" I dug deep and decided to try Kittie's Toile card found here KC Unimaginative Toile by kittie747 at Splitcoaststampers. Mine is clearly not Toile. I used the Letterpress technique with Spellbinders Butterfly Impressabilities instead. I also added a color rather than going with all blue. My blue was a bit bold and needed to be toned down. I used twill for the ribbon and ran it across a Barely Banana inkpad to get the right color. At first, my card reminded me of an old set of dishes (you know the ones) but then it started to grow on me.
Enjoy your week, Kittie. You are a very talented artist and very deserving of your title.
