This is my card for the Twisted Sister Challenge. The challenge is to make a graduation card using the colors you would need or make a way to go card if you don't know anyone that is graduating. Use ribbon, up to two colors and white, 1 brad, flower or other decoration (can't think of the right word) and 1 punch if desired.
Well, as I was finishing off the card I went over and had another look at the challenge and realised - I BLEW IT!! I used more than two colours along with the white (Sorry Deb aka PBB) BUT I did use a Nestie ( my version of a punch) ribbon and not just one brad but three - instead of a flower I used a button as my embellishment - so I didn't do too badly!!
Now, here is the thing - I coloured with....no NOT Chalks but 'took a walk on the wild side' and used Watercolor Pencils and and aqua pen!! I know it is a shock to the systyem and I have to say, I did enjoy using them and the result is not too 'shabby!' LOL! It is good to break out from your 'comfort zone' at times!
I used the sketch from Our Creative Corner for this week! I am also using an image from this week's Queen of the Day - debzi333....love your cards Deb and it is a pleasure to case you!!

What fun and cheery colours Lovely Linda - and oh my -imagine you breaking away from you chalks and going wild in my honour with the bright colours!!! Oh it looks great in reds rather than my blues -and of course you are a layout master - whereas I am but a simple colourer and I never quite know what to do with my layouts!! Love that paper - Cosmo Cricket Early Bird, I think. Hahahaha we all know I'm no early bird -but I do love that paper!!
Thanks so much Linda , for creating this wonderful card for my special week!! It's just lovely - and walk on the wild side more often with those bright colours like I do! LOL!!

What a fabulous card this is, Linda and so perfect for all those challenges. So you used WC pencils did you? I really love being challenged by blending so I prefer them to the few copics I have. Your imge is darling and your papers together are totally awesome, girl!

Linda, it's make up time. I feel so badly as I've gotten so far behind on my comments. I just finished up Phyllis' gallery full of beauties. Now, it's your turn. I may have to do it in batches as my son is off from school today for Memorial Day. I LOVE your cute image and, as always, so beautifully colored. Your choice of dp is fantastic and love the paper distressing. What a job knocking out all those challenge and honoring Deborah as QFTD at the same time. Is it something in the water in Australia that allows you to combine so many sketches? LOL!! I'm lucky if I can do one or remember one at a time!! Hugs!! TFS!
