Thanks, Patty, for the challenge of making a wearable card. I probably would never have made this wooden pin, had this challenge not been offered.
My turtle was embossed on a wood sheet and then sponged. A pin back was put on him and he's ready to move from card to person. I found the wood sheets to work very well for this project and really pretty easy to work with.

Great idea to use the wood! I've been searching for a reason to try them, and this may be it.
