Here is a card I made for the SC today. We were using our sweet and adorable Silke's (sprklegirl) card. Fun and easy.
Also tried Birgit's tutorial you using encaustic. I actually didn't have wax, and I have 2 irons. So I used the one with no holes and used oil pastels I had in my stash for too long. So I played with it and kind a looks neat. Also drew the little lighthouse and house and glued them on the hill I created with some kind of magic. I will be going out for wax, because Birgit's card sure looked good!
My card is 3 ½ X 4¾, sponged teal from MS, used baroque motifs and a chipboard frame.
So maybe by now, with all the lighthouses, ships, boats and kind teapotters, Seth will finally find his way. If not well, we can unanimously say: "Get some eye glasses will ya" LOL
My card is also for the Crafty creations challenge this week, which calls for encouraging words. So mine says: "I'll be there". Inside, like a beacon in the storm.
