I finally succumbed to the pressure and ordered the Extra Large Two-Step Bird Punch. It was on my porch along with lots of other goodies when I got home from work, so I immediately played with it. What do you think? Isn't this layout great? It's another one from the June 2010 Scrapbooks Etc. magazine found on page 67.
I decided to tackle this old Color Challenge Forums at Splitcoaststampers and make a feminine card. I started with a Pink Pirouette card base and added the scalloped Urban Garden dsp layer and sentiment ovals. I hid the seam with some 1" Rose Red Double-Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon that I ruffled with lots and lots of Mini Glue Dots. Finally, I added my sweet bird punch from Basic Gray, Rose Red and Bella Rose dsp.
