Supplies:
Cricut and Fabulous Finds Cartridge
Bazzill Bling light and Dark Green Cardstock
Yellow Cardstock
K and Co Paper
K and Co tag
Grungeboard Flourish
Sand Paper
White acrylic paint
Pine Needles & Mustard Seed Distress Ink by Ranger
Ink Applicator Tool by Ranger
Cuttlebug Snowflake Embossing Folder
Spellbinder Nestabilities Label 5 die cut
Wooden Stamp, Merry Christmas
I used Sketch SC239 for this card from splitcoaststampers.com
After cutting out all the papers with cricut I took the 2 green rectangles and ran them through the Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. After that I took Pine Needles ink pad and ran it across the embossing. I used the ink applicator to do that. Then I attached the matting.
I die cut a label 5 from spellbinder and stenciled with Mustard Seed for a darker yellow. I added a stamped "Merry Christmas" to it. Then I added the grungeboard flourish. Originally I painted it white but when I added the pine needles distress ink.... it resisted it. So I sanded the flourish to get rid of some of the white paint. Then I added the distress ink. Only certain spots resisted. Which is the look I was wanting.
I added a red bow and the Be Merry tag from K and Co.
